Mike's expertise provides Schulz & Company's clients with auditing and tax solutions tailored to their unique needs. Mike has always been an active member of the CSCPA and is advisor to several non-profit boards.

Tracy G. Schulz, CPA License #7984 - Tracy Schulz has more than 20 years experience in the accounting and auditing practice of Schulz & Company, P.C. Tracy has been an active participant in the CSCPA development of future programs and structure. She volunteers her time to many non-profit organizations.

Carol L. Kirk - Carol has over 15 years experience in small business accounting. She provides client bookeeping services, payroll preparation and reporting, new business setups and bookkeeping assistance. She also assists in the accounting review and preparation of corporate income tax returns. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
